Bolivia passes "Law of Mother Earth" which gives rights to our planet…

Okay, now I have put two and two together, and I’m mad. If a corporation can be a “person” in the usa (lowercase intentional) and have the rights of a person, how is it possible that the earth is not considered having at least the same rights. Instead of the Sierra Club maybe we should start Earth.Com. EARTHCORP? CorporateEarth? And sue for worldwide rights.
